Barbara received a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has practiced design for over 30 years. Before forming IC Design Group, Inc., she worked at Mancini Duffy, an architectural firm, as a designer on team projects for KPMG Peat Marwick Main & Co. and Société Générale.

She has maintained long-term relationships with the Depository Trust Company (DTC), Moody’s, and for the past 20 years at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and currently BofA Securities for their Trader Insights Series. She brings to the table extensive knowledge in all aspects of design, including: project management, conceptual design, design oversight with consultants, extensive photo retouching, web design & prototypes for production, html5 web banner ads, print ads, print brokering, video support including animated graphics and charts, annual reports, monthly newsletters and everything in between.
